So I have acquired a brain-screenplay, which began with a clever quote from darklordmoeser and has grown into a full-blown idea, complete with plans and I'm actually reading Writing Screenplays That Sell.

I will be posting here about it as I go through the process. I'm going to make this Friends Only so other folks don't find my screenplay and sell it before I'm done.

Yes, I am paranoid.

Anyway - there you have it. I trust you all to not run off and write and sell my screenplay for me.

Really want to write fiction. Original, fanfic, almost anything will do at this point. Not sure where this fichunger came from, but it's definitely not bad.

He was watching early Buffy - Prophecy Girl maybe? And they reference the Pergamum Codex and the Tiberius Manifesto, but that while we've heard excerpts of the Pergamum Codex, we've heard nothing from the Tiberius Manifesto. He says... The Tiberius Manifesto is probably in Latin.

He says... Who can write fic AND knows Latin?

And now I have a plot dustbunny. Not a full-fledged bunny, mind you - just a dustbunny.

I've wanted for a long time to send Spike & Dru through time travel, to meet the "original" Drusilla. It would work.

Need to read up on some Roman History (thank goodness I've got tons of books on the empire! Monarchy is so much harder to find) and to refresh my Robert-Graves memory. It could work...

So, I've been working on ideas for the Spike&Dru/Phantom crossover.

Here are my current fic ideas:

1) Story about people who live at the bottom of the sea and get brought up to the surface; their bodies require deep sea water pressure to live. Requires research @ Duke Marine Lab

2) Story that involves the Rhine Research Center (aka the Institute for Parapsychology). Requires research @ the institute.

3) Modern fantasy about college girl who feels she's unimportant but turns out to be very important.

4) Light fantasy about Elspeth Elvin and her adventures.

5) Spike&Dru/PotO crossover.

6) If I ever decide to be really bold, Gwen/Fred. I might need a collaborator - sex scenes make me giggle. It mostly involves Fred being uncomfortable. But in a hot way.
